Are you referring to the end of the Assessment phase? "The Assessment Phase will conclude if the OGA has no objection to the Concept Select decision."

If so, this occurs prior to the initial FDP submission. Otherwise I am not seeing any reference to consents or no objection confirmations prior to the Development and Production Consent post FID. The guidelines read as though the licensee iteratively builds the FDP with the OGA providing feedback. Any references you can provide to other consents would be appreciated.

Intent here is to ascertain where in the FDP cycle HHR are and whether we are likely to see progress this quarter assuming FID has to occur at least a month prior to FDP approval, as per the guidelines.
