Someone mentioned 1.5c was on the cards a week or two ago, and I thought there was no way. Now, I suppose 1c is not out of the question. Who would have thought this would trade at near cash value?

Surely RR are committed to this project regardless of the current UK spot price due to the EPL tax arrangements. HHR can sit back with cash in the bank, no debt to repay, and collect their share of the gas sales less costs.

To value the Project at zero says:

• The government will not approve the project in its current form
• They cant negotiate a decent tariff with Shell to use their infrastructure
• Shell now intends to decommission their infrastructure so it will no longer be available
• ???
• ???

What are we missing here?
