This is the closest that HHR has come to being a viable company. Fully carried to production. The problem with this: there will be many riders in the agreement that we as share holders are not privy to. I have been in this since the PVD days and do not blame management for having a go. At this end of the market this is still gambling. For a project of this complexity time lines have not slipped by much. But it is still a hard share to hold.
