The old saying of buying when people are fear full and sell when they are greedy comes to mind, but only you know your circumstances. The right and wrong is for you to judge.
Best of luck whatever you choose. I am looking for 1.5 cent on a weekly closure as that could (COULD!) provide a hint of reversal. May take a long time though.
