FID is going to be an important step, I agree, in bringing buyers back to the market, but the (I assume) vendor selling (excluding management) is what’s holding us up IMO.
The market (and today was another prime example) is simply on a buyers strike whilst we remain in an announcement vacuum and these sellers continue to offload.
The good news though is that the pace of selling appears to be picking up which suggests that the sellers are becoming more eager to hit the bid than overhang the offer, which means they will be gone sooner rather than later
