I don't think anything is baked into the price yet. In April after the RR farmin it dropped into the mid two's and it has stayed in that 2.2-2.9 channel ever since. The SP showed a belief that HHR was not going ahead at 40% of the JV and the market got it right.
Now we have a 20% share of the JV with a chance to earn back to 40%. Meanwhile our price still hasn't moved.
Hopefully we will get some movement on FID. We clearly won't get the move up we would have gotten if we were finance ready and still at 40%.
I rate BP as a bit more independent than some of the other research and they are at a price target of 9c. That research assumes though that HHR earns back to 40%.
So until HHR earn back to 40% or bring some new projects online the SP is going to be held back.
