1.A ridiculous wages paid to a CEO that only delivers promises and no action
2. A ridiculous CEO that is paid $800,000 per year
3. The Company is based in "the black hole of Kolkata" (A dungeon in Fort William Calcutta) also known as a residential terrace in Darlinghurst - how ridiculous
4 no meaningful consistent revenue
5 More changes to Board and management than can be counted
6 Distribution agreements that provide no repeateable revenue
7 No software that can be downloaded from NET internet site
..I can go on ....
