How is it the sum involved can be reported in the quarterly but can't or won't be announced before?
If it's material to this rather impoverished company, just look at the last cap. raising, it must be disclosed.
It isn't disclosed so it can only be a deal for pennies in the dollar of promise. Which is what all the sucker holders are gonna have to pay.
