The Board are conducting the symphony for the major shareholders who with them hold 80% of the shares. As long as they are kept up to date and don't rock the boat the retail holders can remain in place as good corporate citizens. It seems to me that the majors have had some assurances as the recent announcements suggest. Just hang onto the coat tails of the big boys and enjoy the ride.
