Here’s the thing with the Nasdaq listing. The company has told the market that they are waiting on their advisers to give the go ahead for a listing and this advice will supposedly come when their advisers consider the market window to be a good one.
Has there been a better time in the recent past to list in NY given the huge upside the markets have experienced since Trump was elected!!?? This reason doesn’t make sense so there must be another reason, in other words, IMO, they are BS the shareholders, again.
