The " headwinds " or slowdown is only applicable to seasonal adjustments , which may
or may not affect overall sales , as Dirk explained , online sales may overcome this seasonal
adjustment , and is unknown . The holiday period referred to ( Christmas - New Year ) is when
Manufacturers close down for seasonal maintenance on equipment . Due to the nature of our
revenue being recurring ( around $5.5- 6m/ qter ) then logically this would amount to around
2 weeks or $1m drop , but does not account for any increase in sales since that ann.
My guest is that we won't have deviated much at all to the downside in cash receipts ...
since the slowdown is at the end of the Dec quarter and those sales cash receipts won't
affected the current 4c until the next quarter , .. if at all..... anyway all imo...... GLTA
