Not only are HP on the register but they have several contractual rights to act on any management issue but have never done so. For example, they could appoint they own director to the Rox Board as they did when they had an issue with Capricorn (CMM) management.. All reports are that HP and Rox management have a solid relationship. HP assists in providing technical expertise to the Rox geo team and imo it was partly because they stand behind Rox that the company has been able to recruit world class geos and John Mair to the Board. HP are holding for the long term and retain high confidence in Rox imo. HP may well fund the Capex needed to get Rox into production in exchange for a bigger share of the company.
