If you were willing to buy BUD at 20 cents +- ie you thought it was good value at that price then surely it is much better value and an even better buy at 12 cents ?
Unless of course you know of or suspect some seismic negative shift in the fundamentals of the company....which
According to managment does not seem to be the case.
