    This Q3 report will probably be presented next week.
    Communication on this site is very quiet at present.
    After the Q2 report I wrote Les and asked him to help me understand how we would achieve the years target. He gave me a fairly detailed "hard working" reply and ended it with "I haven't missed a target yet and am determined to bring it home".
    That speaks volumes from a reliable CEO.
