Not sure about insights, but a view. I don't see much of a cap on market share when your saving customers money. (Pushpay was good example of that with US churches - got 50pc share easy as donations went up 20pc plus with online gifting). It's the big banks with over 90% here and they seem to defend more the big end of town. At some point they may respond but I don't think its 10pc market share, and, as you say, speed of getting to 5pc implies its going much higher. Would be a good question to put to the company if it hadn't been already.
