if you make a concentrate to send to china as the ree and u in the same mineral then the u goes to china
secondly if you use European money which is given on the condition you build a plant in Europe and certainly not to aid the current chinese monopoly and then you do go to china, I see a few problems.
perhaps for once instead of shouting great things about this project you could supply us with answers to its serious problems. I am not trying to be a bear here just want some ------- answers, is that not reasonable
