At This point NKP is the only stock on D&D's list still in negative territory since the day he tipped it, I would say Yes... Definately.
If he drops it, its a sure sign it's dead in the water.
Nearly every other stock he has dropped has gone nowhere since.
Hillgrove HGO is a perfect example.
