The $XM figure will need to include costs associated with this ramp up. If run-rate cash neutrality has been achieved at the end of 4Q17, then the corresponding cash receipts required to approximately match $XM can hardly be in the single figures.

They forecast a reduction in cash costs in the quarterly announced late April down to $9.746mill. And yes csh receipts can be single figure because they say cash neutrality would be reached by END of 4th quarter 2017. Maybe that means last month, June, meaning previous quarters running at losses. My guess is revenues are growing strongly but that's not going to be adequately reflected in this upcoming 4C.
