I contacted them in regards to the question of what was in the $4.9m "Other Costs" figure in the 4C. The reply was that they were unable to comment on anything beyond what is publicly announced, which is essentially the right answer. We'll just have to wait for the FY results to find out. I'm sure this $4.9m is nothing to worry about, but rather is there to help the business grow.

However, what they should be doing is foreseeing the big questions people will ask, and providing that detail in the announcement.
