There was mention of the top two holders possibly being involved as subbies; that was in the original announcement.
Generally, I've been quite pleasantly surprised by the stability that LOM sp has shown in the market recently. I was expecting more volatilty and even some panic selling as we approached the last three weeks of LOMOA trading; I'm feeling a lot better, more confident, about it now.
