I think the market has now worked out that the principal reason for Brinkley Mining buying the 60mil shares was to retain their AIM listing - they had to make some sort of an acquisition by 22Dec otherwise the process of them being delisted from AIM would have come into effect - so they chose this investment in Dragon, as the guys involved(Gunzburg and Naylor)knew the stock and considered it at least a safe investment.
