Really wonder how across this Kate must be. Just seems nuts that someone of her calibre would be accepting of some seriously questionable director behaviour and be willing to have her name tied to it.
The one saving grace is that director fees are predominantly beinf paid in shares so despite all the issues our incentives are aligned.
Also does anyone know who invested for th latest CR?
