I agree with you, 400+ k for a non exec director of a company that appears to now do nothing is a complete joke. Even though he’s not the CEO he should step up and do some communicating… Having a fund raise for an acquisition and then not following up with any details yet is pretty dissapointing. They need to do a lot better at the moment.
