ok well my earlier post re Market price to be 10 times EBITDA maybe be a little optimistic, but at 5 times EBITDA , Share price should be $ 1.745

And 5 times is not excessive

compare this with commercial property---in a remotish area, you will pay 10 times EBITDA , but in a capital city , you will pay up to 20 times EBITDA.

And commercial property is risky, with so much business going on-line

Anyway, its a crazy buy uner $ 1.00
