    How did they do this?


    Spacetalk excluded 2022 Q4 UK, EU and USA wearables 2022 revenue, a total of $1m ($0.5m + $0.5m) to make their 2023 Q4 look like 22% growth.


    Look for the little FOOTNOTE [2] buried in the announcement (I have highlighted this for you)


    The real results was a decline of 17%.

    2022 Q4 Revenue $4.1m (ASX Announcement July 25, 2022)

    2023 Q4 Revenue $3.4m (ASX Announcement July 2023)

    Revenue declined 17%, (and did not grow by 22% as reported).

    OUCH!

    Talk about deliberately misleading shareholders.
