i guess people focus more on the short term and ACR is in play / focus due to the imminent release of some news. Its part of the market dynamic, best encapsulated in the phrase "buy on rumour, sell on fact".
The cynics will of course point to insider trading, with the figures being available to management and that information leaking at various points.
Personally I think it more the former, with the stock going off now when in fact it should have picked up much earlier, having been very oversold. FV is north of $1.25
