& P.S. I am so pleased- WE as shareholders stood up , and were counted, to defeat OH's payout.
Having said that....
Agree with good old "88" that Owen shouldn't have stepped down for Michelmore. He was a great head, shame to lose him.
Was dead right re 11 directors on board, top heavy alright, not sure I go with their answer though.
