I can recall a long time ago when the USA thought Gadaffi was out of control they sent in one of their 'smart bombs' at the time and killed one of his children ? and the B...... pulled his horns in a played ball.
This was a long time ago but the scars of losing close loved ones may wane but will never go away.
Clearly Gaddafi is a different person today and UN prosecutors can now chase these B....... across borders and thus things alter as a result but sooner or later Karma will catch up with him and his siblings.
I hope any prey (sic)for the people of Libya that he is captured and dealt with proportionally to the crimes he has committed.
