The unions offer plenty of alternatives to management but they are not interested if it doesnt agree with their KPIs and bonuses.
The management to staff relations are toxic and have been so for years.
How to work with and go forward with management that are hell bent on staff eradication at any cost?
Clearly more of the same management is not good for QF !
It would make more sense to change the management than the staff !
