nt All you seem to be interested in is wielding you axe and doing away with jobs. This slash and burn mentality of yours certainly is not benefiting this country and its well being.
Manufacturing and fabrication are all but a thing of the past.
When I started QF as an Engineer Apprentice in the 70s it was not uncommon to have intakes of up to 300 apprentices a year.. Now a days the number is around 10 and falling. This has become the norm in most trades regardless of what you read about a tradie shortage.
Now these are our kids jobs and livelihoods Im talking about as the transition from school to structured work is paramount. This relentless transition of business overseas will only turn us into more of a welfare state than what we already are..
