techcoat, the acceptance is conditional upon APA getting a 70% level of shares. IF APA got 50% (which they did not!) there would have been a 2 weeks extension of time for acceptance.
The offer had now lapsed meaning the 46% of shareholders still own their shares.
Monday will see a 'bloodbath' - question is how far will the sp drops?
