It's the business of governments. If the latter require us to carry a card or chip similar to the old yellow fever vaccination card, so be it. But not up to an airline - particularly one that continues in the pursuit of profit to book middle seats when at least one immunology Professor advises about droplet transmission within aircraft cabins - to mandate it.
