Totally agree Zen! Good to have you onboard here (pardon the pun).
Take my advice, you have to realise that logic and common sense doesn't always prevail here on this thread.
There is a war machine at Qantas called the Unions, who collect extradordinate sums of money from their members-employees and must deliver... something. You get the picture...
IMO AJ is just trying to save the company. All I ever seemingly hear from Unions/employees is whinging and complaining about EVERYTHING! I have never ever heard them say anything positive or constructive.
