Yes, mostly. The only new aspect seems to be that they are now actually making decisions and doing something, following on from the earlier announcement about adjusting aircraft to match routes and rescheduling quickly. Efficiency in other words.
Of more concern is the announcement yesterday that Franklin fund (the biggest shareholder) has sold 24m shares, and today there is a further sale of 2% of Qantas at $1.44, so far identity undisclosed. Announced at 11:55am. That's about 44m shares in a special sale.
