Yes Surf JS HK is certainly tied up in the governments regulation as they have an obligation in HK to protect their local carriers unlike Oz where just have a ridiculous open skies policy. Non the less I hope you and dlb21 had jumped back on this train as I am fully aware of how passionate (positive and negative) you both have been over the years.
