You honestly don't have a clue do you? The biggest issue has always been that indigenous people can't even agree amongst themselves, that is and always has been the biggest barrier! What on earth makes you believe a bunch of unelected, or even elected if you want, "representatives" will be accepted by all indigenous people. I'll warn you now, the infighting and arguments will be monumental! Hence why many indigenous see this as just another theatrical bullcrap political venture that will make no difference to their lives, they've seen it all before! Promise after promise, failure after failure! And I am not talking about whiter than white, 1/16th indigenous, I'm talking about the folk that live in all those neglected remote communities, you know, true indigenous people!
