he was transport minister at the time of some upgrades and you can’t tell me that when he rang Joyce to ask for an upgrade Joyce wouldn’t have asked for what Qantas wanted. This is corruption. To think Farrell went for a bottle of wine. Who else has given him free stuff in order to get his favour? He is obviously entitled and has enough front to ask or demand.
