The FWA decision means that parties do have to negotiate and no industrial action for 28 days.
What it doesn't mean is those negotiations have to result in anything or any agreement has to be made.
After 28 days if there is still no agreement then FWA will make a decision for the parties involved.
FWA will never come down on the side of the worker. So in essence Qantas mgmt will get what they want eventually.
