Sounds like you got a raw deal, mate. I've never had an issue with cabin crew, but I did have an issue with airport security on one of their flights that I lodged a complaint over & never really got satisfaction despite getting a placating explanation, if that makes sense. Since 911, things have changed & everything can be justified in the name of security.....and it gets worse as time goes on. Hope your next flight goes better, denys.
