I am one of many that had a flight cancelled because of covid and while I welcomed that Qantas issued me with a travel credit, over a year latter when I tried to use that credit for flights I found it impossible to get through the dedicated phone line to use the travel credit and ended up paying for the flight myself. Also when I cancel a return flight and rebooked with a different flight the new flight cost cost more if you used the credit.
Well I went to the website of the law firm that is doing the class action, they are taking registration so I registered. Not going to cost me anything but I think the case has merit and I may get compensated
