re: qantas going lower/foreign ownership Stock is cheap at these prices. With SARS out of breath, the Oz climbing (making fuel cheaper), and the Virgin impact well and truly weathered, there's not much downside and a lot of upside. Coupled with dividend reinvestment its a good retirement stock - buy a few shares now and in 20 years how many will you have........
