You are correct in saying that G. Dixon and his team made the fleet decisons before the departure of Mr. Dixon.
A. Joyce inherited these decisions so to be fair, he cannot be blamed for these decisions. Having said this, orders can be cancelled and/or adjusted, in particular, without penalty to QAN when the manufacturer cannot deliver on time. There are get out clauses.
