Ezy I agree with you 100%. The current Qantas management don't know how to manage and grow a premium airline. They are devoid of ideas beyond slash and burn, and how to fatten their bonuses. John Borghetti would have made a much better CEO of Qantas, but he didn't fit the LCC management mould. There is something sinister going on here, nobody could be that stupid or incompetant as Qantas management. Qantas the premium product is deliberatley being rundown and the LCC model is being embraced.All so bigger bonuses can be made an management level. Too bad for the staff and shareholders. AJ has already displayed his contempt for them. Meanwhile other airlines are growing their premium product and doing quite well, whilst Qantas management trashes theirs? ? ? GLTA@QF
