I couldn't think of a better lead in to short a stock.
QAN is hitting highs on the back of re-opening the country and international travel. But does anyone here legitimately think this hasn't been factored into the share price already?
Don't forget, even though the share price isn't at all time highs at $7, doesn't mean the market capitalization isn't right at all time highs!
(Hint: Capital raising increases the number of shares on issue, which raises the share price)
Market Cap chart below. Extremely overvalued IMO.
Don't forget to look at the financials too.. I know the market is forward looking, but this is pretty absurd to hit all time highs with these financials..
On the charts QAN has triple-topped with a HARD rejection on a very strong gap up this morning.... HUGE bear signal.
See you guys around the $4.75 level before end of the year.
