Well as a google engineer i am sure you would know better than me !! Exactly how many aircraft have you had maintenance involvement with?

Like it or not almost everyone knows of QF safety record and your little "examples" and "facts" ( dodgy as they might be ) are not quite reaching the wider audience !!
Logic isn't your strong point. The QAN safety record is mostly pure luck. If QF1 and QF17 had not survived QAN would be ranked as one of the the world's most dangerous airlines. Neither incident was a maintenance issue - QF17 was an engine manufacturing fault and QF1 was pilot error.
