    With respect All4one, it has everything to do with QANTAS.
    Poor management allows staff to get away with this kind of rort. And it shows in every aspect of the "QANTAS experience."

    The last time I flew QANTAS was about 5 years ago from Hong Kong. Never again!!! Old tired plane. Grumpy surly old staff.
    Plane was packed, so at least that Asian route is profitable??
