you are right about the foreign ownership limits.

but you also forgot that AIR NZ has screwed the (AUSTRALIAN) air indust enough this last 100YEARS
when thinking it was cool to put Ansett Australia up againest the wall and shoot it. thats why i think just stay on your side of the ditch and don't think more of your self than you are AIR NZ.
