Can COVID vaccines stop transmission? Scientists race to find answers (nature.com)
These 2 links represent the state of play of the questions on reducing transmission .

In reality, it is not a question of whether it will reduce transmission, but how much.
With pretty much every other virus , and it seems with covid as well, viral load is closely correlated with transmission.

I am sure that I will now hear cries about it not being 100% , why bother.
Little point in responding to anyone that lacking in cognitive function.

In reality, until someone can show that the unvaccinated do not increase risk, they can stay off planes thank you.
It is a risk that doesn't need to be taken.

On Qantas's decisions, the obvious commercial decision is to go with vaccinated passengers if at all possible.
Losing a few cultists of little concern , when the majority of the population will feel safer flying in a plane , and therefore more likely to travel.
For those looking to fly unvaccinated over the next year or so , start collecting feathers.
Because despite a lot of people's obsession with the ceo's sexuality , this is going to be a hardnosed business decision.
Any airline that does differently will be creamed in the market place.
    Suck it up princesses.
