Given your comment I'd better tell my son that those cancelled, delayed & aborted mid-air flights he has had with Qantas these last 2 years are all in his imagination.

Then given your position all you have to do is prove cause and effect.

Show me how the Qantas practices have been changed to give rise to this increase in incidents. Then show me how every other airline using the same practices are having similar incidents.

No other airline has its tyre problems, delays, mid air incidents reported so eagerly as Qantas has. It's just another part of the brand destruction - you are blind if you can't see that.
