Labors fair work act does not allow Joyce many options.
Good on Joyce for making the hard decisions.
Qantas is perusing its options under this act. Namely to strike as well.
It's not a one way street. Qantas is doing this legally under the rules of this fair work act.
It's extreme but thats how labor made it to work.
Bring back work choices or better still crush the unions.
